Jeske named to Thrivent board
Mark Jeske
The Rev. Mark Jeske, senior pastor at St. Marcus Lutheran Church in Milwaukee and host of “Time of Grace” television program, has been appointed to the Thrivent Financial for Lutherans Board of Directors.
Jeske has served as pastor of St. Marcus Lutheran Church, an inner city congregation, since 1980. Before that, he started a mission church in Colombia as part of his internship assignment while attending Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, Wisconsin.
Jeske has hosted the “Time of Grace” television program since November 2001. The program is currently aired on more than 30 stations, numerous cable networks, five satellite channels, Armed Forces television, and via the Internet.
Jeske has written a Bible commentary, two dozen daily devotional booklets, and Time of Grace (Concordia Publishing House), a collection of 365 devotional messages.
