Salem English Lutheran Church (ELCA), Minneapolis, has entered into a new venture with its partners Lyndale United Church of Christ and First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Located at 610 West 28th Street, the three independent churches will share the common name SpringHouse Ministries.
“SpringHouse will be the launching pad where we will not only live out our distinct identities while sharing ministries such as Christian Education, but find new ways to connect with the community as well,” said the Rev. Jen Nagel, pastor of Salem English Lutheran.
The building features three sanctuaries, two on the main level and one on the garden level, as well as a commercial kitchen and classrooms. SpringHouse Ministries will host an open house from 1:00-4:00 p.m. on February 4.
